Welcome to Sale Gates. By using the application, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms of Use.

By accessing and continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use, and you acknowledge and agree that these Terms govern and regulate your access to the Platform and any Content, as well as your use of it.

You understand that these Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sale Gates.

If you are using the Platform as a business entity or on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Platform or any of its Content, and you must stop using it immediately.

Posting Rules & Guidelines

Restrictions

You may not:

● Use the Platform if you are under 18 years old.
● Use the Platform unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose.
● Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its connected servers or databases.
● Interfere with or damage any part of the Platform, its Content, or its systems.
● Introduce viruses or harmful software.
● Impersonate any other person.
● Behave in a rude, offensive, or harassing manner.
● Use the Platform to create unwanted advertisements or spam.
● Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.
● Use tools or programs for data extraction, crawling, or automated copying.
● Attempt to reverse engineer or analyze the Platform’s source code.

We will report any violation of the above restrictions to the relevant authorities.

Ads may be posted after registration using a mobile number and email.

The advertiser must categorize the ad and publish it under the correct section.

The ad title, product description, price, and images must be added correctly. The item must be real and available.

The advertiser must be the actual owner of the product or service.

Ads must be personal. Posting commercial ads, ads on behalf of others, or company/store advertisements is prohibited.

It is prohibited to post ads containing offensive wording or images or content that violates public morals or the law. Any ad targeting defamation of individuals or institutions is also prohibited.

Posting ads related to the sale of weapons of any kind—licensed or unlicensed—is prohibited.

Each ad must be for a single item. If multiple items exist, a separate ad must be created for each item.

Publishing ads by lawyers to promote themselves or attract clients is prohibited.

Posting ads that violate the laws of the advertiser’s country or the laws of the State of Kuwait is prohibited, including Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Cybercrimes and Law No. 38 of 2002 regulating health-related advertisement materials. Posting ads for medications or sexual enhancers is also prohibited.

Posting smoking-related ads of any kind—traditional or electronic—is prohibited.

Selling endangered plants or animals listed under the CITES Convention is prohibited, in compliance with the Environmental Public Authority.

Posting ads for domestic labor of all kinds—including fake labor ads or hourly rental labor—is prohibited. All forms of human trafficking are strictly prohibited.

Posting ads related to gambling, betting, magic, or sorcery is prohibited.

Posting ads for alcohol or alcoholic beverages of all types is prohibited. Ads for drugs or hashish of any kind are also prohibited.

Selling or advertising spy devices or tools used to misuse telecommunication systems is prohibited, pursuant to Law No. 9 of 2001 on the Misuse of Telecommunication Devices.

Advertising loan settlements, cash-out services, or furnished apartments rented by the hour or daily (unless by licensed companies) is prohibited. All ads related to attracting investments or business partnerships are also prohibited.

Sale Gates reserves the right to block any phone number that uses the app to harm others or engages in any unlawful activity.

Users must respect other viewers and users.

Reserving ads or reserving featured placements for the purpose of reselling them to others is prohibited.

The user is legally responsible for any consequences or compensation resulting from the published ad, without any liability on Sale Gates.

The customer acknowledges reviewing and fully accepting all the specific and general terms of using the website’s services. The customer assumes full legal responsibility—criminal and civil—for any harm caused to the application, website, administrators, or others in case of violating laws, regulations, or advertising rules. Accessing or using the application constitutes an acknowledgment and commitment to this.

Any publisher of an ad offering craft or handyman services must hold an official license to practice the activity. Users are advised to verify the necessary documents or licenses before contracting such service providers. Sale Gates bears no responsibility for this.

If the advertiser offering craft services has no valid license, the ad will be removed, and the advertiser’s information may be shared with official authorities upon request.

Sale Gates reserves the right to block any user who does not comply with the app’s terms.

Advertisers may not publish the same ad multiple times within the app. Any duplicate ads will be deleted—whether intentional or accidental—without prior notice to ensure an organized and fair advertising platform.

Platform Updates

We may make changes to the Platform.

We may modify how the Platform operates and/or change any Content from time to time without notice. This may be done, for example, to keep up with technological changes, market practices, applicable laws and regulations, or business priorities.

Ad Duration

Ads remain active for one month from the date of publication.

Ads are automatically removed after the designated period set by Sale Gates.

Violating ads are removed without notifying the user and without compensation.

Once an ad is removed, you will no longer be able to view it in “My Listings”.

Sale Gates has the right to block any user who posts violating ads or adds offensive comments in private messages, whether temporarily or permanently.

Privacy & User Data Sharing

Sale Gates is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user data. Data is only shared to the extent permitted by sellers when posting each ad individually, through the information provided in the required contact fields such as phone number and email.

Users must avoid posting ads that violate the laws of Kuwait. By posting a violating ad or sending inappropriate comments via internal messages, the user agrees that their data may be provided to the relevant government authorities if requested.

In accordance with ongoing cooperation between the Cybercrime Department in Kuwait and Sale Gates Management, any ad violating Kuwaiti law will be reported.

Users must respect intellectual property rights and trademarks of others and refrain from defaming others through comments, messages, or abusive ads. If Sale Gates determines a violation, we may provide the affected parties with the violator’s data upon request.

Changes to These Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time, with or without notice. The updated version will be made available on this page. If you are a registered user, we may also notify you of significant updates via email (if legally required).

Each time you wish to use the Platform, please review the Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Sale Gates owns all intellectual property rights related to the application and all its content, including data, images, and all forms of intellectual materials available on the application.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, extract, or reproduce the app’s content—fully, automatically, or in any substantial part. It is also prohibited to use any of the app’s content in any other intellectual work or include it in an electronic database. Reselling, distributing, modifying, translating, or reverse-engineering any part of the app is strictly prohibited.

Sale Gates reserves the right to impose any necessary restrictions to prevent any person or website from linking to or copying the app’s content.

Reverse engineering or decompiling the application software to access the source code or underlying structure is strictly prohibited.

Ad & Image Ownership

The user is considered to have waived ownership rights to the ad and its accompanying images immediately upon uploading them to the app.

Sale Gates reserves the right to reuse published images in any manner it deems appropriate.

Violation of Terms

We may suspend your account, revoke your access, or take legal action.
